Till the End of the Day

Sorry posting has been sparse as of late. We promise we don’t have Ebola (yet). Here’s some stuff to look at this evening:

The Arkansas Supreme Court struck down the state’s voter ID law, ruling that it violated the state constitution.

Yeah, we know there’s scary-ass Ebola, but there’s also a fucking war going on.

Stocks may be dragging on global economic news, but there’s so good U.S. economic news: Industrial output jumped in August to its highest level since November 2012, and new applications for unemployment assistance fell to the lowest they’ve been since April 2000.

Good summary on the constitutional status of reproductive rights.

Looking back on the first Gulf War.

James Fallows with a good piece on Sam Adams’ Jim Koch, “the Steve Jobs of Beer,” and a follow-up.

Half of Americans don’t understand Ebola, scared shitless anyway.

Douchebags and property rights.

Finally, congrats, Royals.
